Vintage 1946 Effanbee Composition The Champ Candy Kid African American Doll A/O

This Effanbee 13" tall composition Candy Kid as "The Champ is all original. He wears his satin robe and shorts marked "Champ", leather boxing gloves, socks, and oil cloth shoes. The Champ has virtually no crazing except in his hair.

He is missing some hair paint, has a paint rub at one upper arm, what looks like a factory bubble on the other upper arm, and a speck of paint off one leg, as shown in close-ups. There is a pinkish area on the back of his shorts. His head is very slightly loosely strung.
