Listing includes complete Quints House with 5 rooms and carry handle. All hardware for house is included. 5 Quints dolls Drink and Wet edition with 3 baby bottles, 9 magic diapers, various clothing outfits & accessories galore! Lot includes all items seen in photos. Very good to excellent pre-owned condition.

Not all sets contain all 5 items. Some clothes/shoes may not have all pieces or may have small rips or stains. The rocking chair does have a crack in the middle where it was taped. It does not go completely across. The nursery counter has 1 broken leg but still stands up straight (table can simply be folded down).
