Very rare African American porcelain doll by mold Dianna Effner. Beautiful hair, African braids, tiny nose has two nostril holes. The body is completely made of porcelain. Patent leather shoes and basket with Teddy bear in the kit. Doll stands Perfectly without the stand but I can find the stand.
