Antique Effanbee Composition Pouty African American Girl Doll. This little African American baby doll is 13 in length. I would say this doll is in fair to good condition for its age. Some of the glaze is coming off of the hands. Her head feels intact and in good condition but I didn't want to untie the hat, so I just did my best to assess the condition of her head.

She has some stains on the cloth portion of her body. I'd say she is a rare find!
