1910-17 Horsman Baby Bumps black / African-American antique 12 doll WA9

More great finds from an estate sale! This is a rare black "Baby Bumps" doll from Horsman. It's amazing to think that this doll is 100 years old!

It has a composition head with a cloth body. The head seems to be stamped WA9 on the back, but I'm not sure what that means.
