A wonderful and rare Bru Jne Doll made in 1986 by Lynda Marx. Lynda and Alan Marx made truly incredible dolls. This is was lovingly costumed in raspberry silks and lace by the late Shirley Damohray and signed with her label.

Head is signed Lynda and Alan Marx 1986. There are very few African American dolls by Lynda, this doll is gorgeous in every way, tinted so perfect and softly blushed eyes, brown paperweight eyes, soft black mohair wig, and even has bisque arms like the antique originals!!! She is on a brown composition body with original paper still wrapped on body to protect from stand. Shirley even dyed the leather shoes to match!

Her bonnet is divine with ribbons and feathers and closed parasol to match. She is ready for a stroll down the boulevard!!
