ANTIQUE vintage EFFANBEE BLACK Americana DOLL Patsy FACE 12 composition DRESSED

Effanbee 1920-30 Black Americana doll. 12 Composition and cloth body. Antique dress, one piece, shoes and socks. Presented here is an adorable vintage Effanbee black Americana doll.

She is 12 tall, deep color skin tone, with painted face and hair, three yarn pigtails. The arms and legs move, the cloth body is in good condition with the shoulder plate/ head which is marked on the back. There is some surface craze lines, not cracking or peeling.

She is wearing what appears to be original clothing, a pretty red print dress and matching one piece underneath, original shoes with ankle ties and rayon socks. The clothing is not marked, excellent vintage condition, no notable damage. She is absolutely precious, and very rare to find!

There are reflections, glare in the photos, the skin tone is even. The written description is based on my opinion and observation of the item.
